Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take longer. If we offer delivery to your country outside the UK, the options and charges will be shown at checkout; import duties and local taxes may apply and are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges

Free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Items shown as in stock are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, sometimes directly from our UK distribution partners.
  • Large or heavy equipment (such as shockwave units and full-body compression systems) may be sent on a tracked or signed-for courier service.
  • If an item is awaiting stock, we'll tell you the expected date before taking your order and keep you updated. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
  • Orders may arrive in more than one parcel if items are sent from different warehouses.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please check your delivery on arrival and let us know within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing. Keep all packaging until we've resolved the issue. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
