1. About us

This website, cupping.com, is operated by Saturn Business Ltd, trading as Cupping.com, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12478173, VAT No. 347854168), 90 Calvert Lane, Hull, HU4 6BJ. Email: info@cupping.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot deliver to your address; if we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website and, for UK orders, include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We take care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information from manufacturers. Images are for illustration; minor differences in appearance may occur. Specifications may change when manufacturers update their products. If you have any questions about suitability, please ask us before ordering.

6. Health information and safe use

Information on this website, including our blog, is for general information only and is not medical advice. Cupping, shockwave and compression therapy are not suitable for everyone. Always read the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and contraindications, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.

Some equipment, such as shockwave therapy units, is intended for use only by trained and appropriately qualified practitioners. By purchasing such equipment you confirm that it will be used by, or under the supervision of, a suitably qualified person in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

7. Availability and delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Some items are dispatched directly by our distribution partners. If an item is delayed, we'll keep you informed, and you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

8. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your rights to cancel, return goods and claim for faulty goods are set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. If you buy as a business, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

10. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Complaints and law

If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
